Helpful Qdigitizing Website Features

Greetings everyone,

This month I want to reach out to you all and remind you of a couple of our web site features you may not realize are available to you.

To access any of your account features the first thing you need to do is navigate using any browser to www.qdigitizing.com and log in to your account using your private User ID and Password.  If you have forgot your User Name or Password you can call in to customer service for retrieval any time during normal business hours.

Let’s review Invoice Retrieval First.  (The account below is real so I have blocked some private information.)
Step 1:  Log in to your Account

Step 2: Hover your cursor over My Account

Step 3: Select Download Invoice

Step 4 – Select the invoice you want to Download (or view) simply by clicking on the link for the month you want to view/download.

You can also view your Current Month Pending (yet to be invoiced) charges by clicking this link  on the View/Download Invoice Page.  The page returned will show you all of the work you have ordered during the current month that will be invoiced/charged on the next billing cycle.  Remember, Qdigitizing invoices only once per month for all work you did in the prior month.  We start sending invoices on the second business day of each new month.

To view your Completed Order Archive

Step 1.  Hover your cursor over Order Archive and select the archive you want to review.  (In this case I want to see my completed Digitizing Orders)

Once your archive opens you can do three things.  (Archives work the same for both Embroidery Digitizing and Vector Art Services)

Once your archive opens you can do three things.  (Archives work the same for both Embroidery Digitizing and Vector Art Services)

1.  View the order details
2. Download the order files
3.  Request an edit for the design you are reviewing.

You can also Search your entire order history by clicking on the << Search Order History >> link  from the Navigation Pane.  You can search your order history by Design Name and/or Order ID Number.  Order ID number will always provide a return but Order Name can be a little tricky.  If you placed your order using our Web Based Order Entry System then the design name you provided is the Design Name saved in the archive.  If you placed your order by email and did not provide a Design Name then our team does the best we can to name your design something that make sense to the art.  Either way, when searching by name it is you will only get a “hit” if there is a match for at least one word in the design name.  For example, Let’s say you sent us a design for the “Central High Wrestling Team.” When search for this design you would get a return if you search by CENTRAL or HIGH or WRESTLING or TEAM but you would not get a hit if you search for the word WRESTLE.  (unless of course you have a different design with the word WRESTLE in the design name!) You would also get a return if you just enter CENT or even just, HI (etc.) but depending on the size of your archive that may yield more returns than you desire.

I hope you will find these web site features helpful.
