Thank you for registering with QDigitizing and requesting the Q-Simulator promotion. Below are a few facts you will need to know in order to access the system. Don’t forget, if you have any question you can call me during normal customer service hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, PST.
2. Do Not Create a new account, we will do this for you. This is very important in order for us to maintain your design library.
3. Look for an email from us within the next business day for your log in credentials. Q-Simulator login information will match what you used to register with QDigitizing. Once your account is activated you are welcome to log in and test the features with the stock designs currently loaded in the system.
4. We will be adding feature sets to the Qsimulator as time goes by but for now the only designs you be able to model on products are files we digitize or vector for you.
5. All designs ordered will be posted to your Q-simulator within 24 hours of completion. IF you need a design posted more quickly send an email requesting rush posting to service@qdigitizing.com
6. If you are an existing customer and you need a specific design added to your Q-Simulator from your archive send an email to service@qdigitizing.com
