Look around you these colors have already left the nursery and invaded fashion, home decor and other artful outlets. Blending, \u201cRose Quartz and Serenity demonstrate an inherent balance between a warmer embracing rose tone and the cooler tranquil blue, reflecting connection and wellness as well as a soothing sense of order and peace.\u201d Stated by Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute in a recent press release. The company says influences may also stem from technology, availability of new textures and effects that impact color, and even upcoming sports events that capture worldwide attention.<\/p>\n<p>The colors selected as the Pantone Color of the Year 2016 were taken from the PANTONE FASHION, HOME + INTERIORS Color System. This August, PANTONE released 210 new colors to the system.
