Archives &#8211; Archives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Greetings everyone&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I hope all of you are off to a fantastic new 2017.\u00a0 All of us at Qdigitizing came back from the holiday break energized and ready to tackle an exciting new year.<\/p>\n<p>One of Qdigitizing&#8217;s most powerful features is also one of our most under utilized because many of our customers don&#8217;t know that 100% of their designs are stored in a Private Design Archive and accessible 24\/7\/365.\u00a0 Your archive is also searchable, there are thumbnails for all designs and, so long as your account is current for payment you can download designs any time you want.\u00a0\u00a0 We store your designs forever so you can also use us as a Cloud Back-up for any design you have ordered (or had edited) by us.<\/p>\n<p>To access your archive follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qdigitizing.com\">www.qdigitizing.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Login to your account with your User ID and Password\u00a0 (If you have forgotten your log in credentials simply call Customer Service and we will help you out.)<\/li>\n<li>Once logged in hover your cursor over the Order Archive menu selection on left side of screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select if you want to review the Digitizing or Artwork Archive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once your archive is open your orders will be displayed in a grid format from Newest to Oldest.\u00a0 If you have numerous order there are NEXT and PREVIOUS selections in the Top and Bottom corners of the grid that will allow you to move forward and back thought the order archives.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To search your order history, Select the Search Order History menu selection.\u00a0 Once open this feature will allow you to search by order number or design name.\u00a0 Order number is very specific and will only return an order with a matching order number.\u00a0 Searching by name will return files with matches for words in your search.\u00a0 However, it is important to understand, when searching by name you may find it difficult to find an order unless you can remember the specific name applied to the order.\u00a0 To that end, here is an important note&#8230;Customers who place orders using our web site enter their own design\u00a0names.\u00a0 This makes remember a design name much easier.\u00a0 Customers who place their orders by email rely on Qdigitizing staff to enter a design name.\u00a0 When we do this we try and create a name that makes sense.\u00a0 For Example, a logo with a picture of a car and text that reads, Bell Road Honda would be named, Bell Road Honda.\u00a0 You would be able to search for that logo using all of the words or any of the three.\u00a0 In other words, BELL &#8211;
